avatar changing by itself, or going bald

I will be playing Bingo, Fringo, slots, anything. All of a sudden I look and I am bald, what gives with that. Also, I change my outfit, but it is different in every game I play. Frustrating. You pay a lot of coin for these outfits, and it changes by itself?????
