monthly gems for vips

i recently signed on to be a v i p on june the 15th i was under the impression that i would receive at least 150 gems a month for my subscription

today is july 15 and no gems were applied to my gem count will i get these gems or am i just out of luck whats the deal

  As a VIP , I only get gems once a year unless, I buy more, use to be Elite they get monthly gems , it was 700 a month. Don't know if amount has changed.

  I did not receive my gems for February 2016.  Also, I have not gotten a four of a kind in poker for months.  It is no fun to play if you can not win every once in a while.
