i didnt receive any cash back. its appear on window but those coins dont go to my acc at all. 1st 17 mil 2nd 8 mil, 3rd 4 mil

If people would stop buying gems, then maybe VW would listen to us. Rumor is all they care about is the money anyway. See it in the chats all the time. This site is more "annoying" than anything with all the constant issues its has been having. Never used to be like this. They should pay us to play. I agree with Dallasrider32940 - lets all quit.

where is my February VIP cash rewards...This is getting stupid (being nice not what I really want to say) This is messed up you have no problem taking our money that you set the odds so high we can never win on here anyways. This is just another way you continuously show us that we are stupid for even spending our hard earned money here. I loose more money with the charms than I do if I play without them??? WTF Vegas world you could give everyone 10 million a day free and still wouldn't go away a winner and have fun. What compensation are you even going to give us for this mistake?? 10 extra gems??? this place is a joke and you want to know why customers are pissed off?? It seems that it's the same for all VIP members. Nobody received the monthly charm or got to cash in their bonus coins that were earned from January 1 to January 31.
When I tried to cash mine in, it said I had to wait for another 28 days which would be on February 29 given the fact that it is leapyear for 2016. They still won't let us cash them in because that is not March 1.
Vegas world might be having a problem with their systems for that reason.
Just a suggestion for all VIP members:
Maybe we should consider not playing any games for the time being and just sign in to our accounts once per day to collect our free daily coins.
By doing so, we will have even more coins to play with on top of our bonus coins that we have already earned, at least until Vegas World fixes the issue that we are all experiencing.

I did not receive my rewards today; Feb. 1. I am sick and tired of the Blackjack game being rigged . You have no chance in that game. They have it rigged so you might win one or two hands in twenty. I agree with those who say we should not spend any more money on this cheating site.

Also when you call to complain about their glitches and being cheated, they act like you are lying and there is nothing wrong with their system. Lousy customer service; all they care about is taking your money.

Unfrickin' real; On top of all their cheating ways and glitches, now I have to wait another 28 days for my cash back coins???!!!! How do you all like the way they cheat you out of your coins in Blackjack and Poker? In Blackjack, you win one hand, they win 10 to 20; in Poker, if you go all in, they take 10% of the pot......dirty rotten cheating scumbags. I wish everyone would band together and stop spending money on this cheating site.

hey we need to get together and build games we have FUN playing with perks and put ole vegas worldout of business. IVE complained so much and no one ever cares or apologizes or makes it right. all these people care about is GETTING your MONEY then ignoring you. At first it was FUN then when you get past a certain point they whammy you.and the regular wins disappear. and or games wont load right. now after cheating us out of hundreds of dollars to buy these vip elite and gems they screw us out of theactal free bonus and charm and leave us sitting here mad instaed of having a good time like a GAME is supposed o be. INSANE im so tired of being miserable when I get here I talk myself into one more chance.NO MORE WE NEED TOALL QUIT ANDPUBLISIZE HOW THEY REALLY TREAT THE CUSTOMER
