Since upgrade today 4/13/2015 and has been 6 hours..unable to put charms away..keeps repeating what has been done..no matter what browser or computer I use..please correct this as I am unable to play any games for fear of losing charms not intended for use

  trying to watch videos and cant do or see anything just a black screen they say gems are deliverd but nothing please fix
