I've been trying to find Mike236, I know he's here, but I can't find him...... hmmmmm Ohhhh Mike236 where are you?????

This doesn't always work in search. I put a user in and said no such player, even though exact spelling. And even in whisper chat message I couldn't locate or contact the friend that sent me a message; said user offline and I tried to respond in whisper chat with no luck. Hope they understand.
