  It doesn't matter if the person has left the game. You can take your whether-or-not their profile is private. Click on the persons profile. You will see a heart at the bottom left of the person's profile. Click remove and you will get your heat back. 

  I f this doesn't work, Fred765 is an expert when it comes to taking back his heart.  I think he's given it out about 1000 times. Cheers.

  I REALLY LIKE VW AND DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE NEW VW. DO I HAVE TO START ALL OVER FROM SUITE ONE AGAIN? IF SO, NO WAY WILL I PLAY ON NEW VW. I HAVE SPENT TO MUCH MONEY OVER THE YEARS TO HAVE TO START AT SUITE ONE AGAIN. THANKS FOR LISTENING.

  You don't have to start over again. Eventually, everyone will be switched over automatically. For now, you can switch back and forth between old VW and new . Click on menu. Third item from the bottom, you will see Try New VW. If you click on it, it will take you to new VW. Sometimes, it takes you to the new VW log in screen and you just log in. I play mostly in old VW, but switch over for certain things. GL

  The word "MENU" has been replaced by the words "VEGAS WORLD" in the new vw. The word "HELP" is now at he very bottom of the list in a cluster of 4 different options.The only thing in the right-hand column is now the word "BUY". "GO BACK TO THE OLD VW" is still on the list. Lots of new changes. Seems like there's a new one every day lately.

  There is an option to remove your heart from the player's Profile. You can search for the player's Profile by typing their name into the white search bar in your own Profile and pressing Enter on your keyboard.
