i can not see any videos to recive gems all i get when i click on view al i get is a white screen
this has been going on over a week

I have been, myself trying to figure this same thing out but I have run into a brick wall both from the vendors and Vegas World. Both say its the others' fault. I bought some gems a couple of weeks ago, and then this is when this problem started. I don't know at this point if it is because I bought gems and they don't want to give free ones out any longer, OR if I have been blocked by the vendors for watching too many videos. They call it (the vendors) VIDEO ABUSE. Go figure that. At least that is what one vendor told me. You can put in a TICKET to see what Vegas World will say, but I bet it will be ITS THE VENDORS and they have no control over 3RD PARTY OFFERES. Good luck.

Lol after I deleted half of my memory to think that was the problem ok so maybe it is not my memory or my adblocker which worked just fine until last week. So this problem happened after they did the update must be related to that which probably did the update to fix those problems. I am on Ancestry.com and they upgraded their site and I hate it. But what can you do they were just fine as they were. But trying all this new "story line" geez louise who cares. Just want the facts not oh he was born in 1920 married hiis sweetheart just give me the facts.

You all need to open a TICKET with VW in order for them to see what problems they are having. They don't monitor these chats. Maybe if enough of us report this problem they will stop staying they don't control 3rd party offers but realize the problem is THEM instead of the 4rd Parties. ENCRAVE gems are still available however at least to me they are. They are offers located in the left hand side under the banner PARTNERS. Also the JUNGROUP will give me gems ... about 12 per day. Check those out. Neither is as fun at the videos we watch....I love the rejected bartender one.
