    There's not much to report. Some players are unable to access the Vegas World slot games. We thought we'd fixed it yesterday, but clearly not, so we're continuing to work on it. I expect it will be fixed by the end of today (though I expected it to be fixed yesterday, so there's that.)

    Yes there is very much to report if I spend here I APPRECIATE YOU RESPONDING ADAM C AFTER 3 DAYS....and hopes the problem is resolved by the end of day so thanks...SO THERES THAT....that really sounds rude Adam C....Enjoy the rest of your day and God bless.......

    Nobody here at the office is experiencing the problem. so we didn't know about it until yesterday, when the reports from players started coming in. We informed the developers and they told us they had fixed it, which we had no reason to doubt until even more reports started coming in. The developers are still working on it today.

    Hope this experiment helps. If I log in as a guest I can access slots. If I log in with my regular user name, the screen is green, no slots. So, a new player is not effected. That might help to uncover the mystery.

    It's not that guests have access. Most players can play slots just fine, but many cannot, and the problem applies to some accounts and not to others. I suspect all new accounts can probably access slots, but some category of existing accounts cannot, for some reason.

    According to this screen & Adam C. the problem was fixed an hour ago. Guess not, as I still can't access slots - same green screen. & Now I'm not getting charms when people buy them for my table at bingo, and when I tried going to a party I got the same green screen as slots. Guess VW gets my elite money & I get nothing?

    my party theme screen is now green along with my party screen & slots. Figure eventually the whole site won't work for me. Do you refund my money?

    Dreamboat65, have you refreshed your game? You will need to in order for the fix to take effect. What you are describing sounds like a general failure to connect to our servers, which is an unrelated problem to the issue with the slot games. Refreshing is the solution for that, as well.
