unable to locate

Why are we unable to locate this only happens in the evening, and there is lagging especially in the lounge and its bad lagging pleas fix asap ppl on here are getting pretty upset about it. they are saying they wont spend anymore money on here if things don't get fixed, especially the unable to locate.

  We have a lot more info on the problem with grouping/locating than we did last week when the reports started coming in, but we don't yet know the cause. It's unlikely it'll be fixed in time for the next update, but it is actively being investigated and we will get it fixed as soon as possible. It appears there is some sort of bottleneck that prevents several features from working properly during peak hours. We've all seen it now, so the developers know the problem they're trying to fix.

  i dont have the answer, iam having the same problem i do know this, it is not related to parties, it is worse at nites. when it happens cant group, cant get to parties on time, cant whisper, lasts longer then 1/2hr, rebooting dont work, refreshing dont work. Im so upset about it nothing is fun.Also lagging occurs when relocating problems is happening. Before u add more things i think you should fix this problem first.

  this is not a answer, but how do they expect those to continue to play if u cant do anything, if they know during certain times it is worse then increase the service
