Buying Gems

I've gone to purchase gems and the payment page comes up. I enter the CC info and go to pay and it looks like it's going through then comes back to the payment page. Not sure what's going on with that. I entered a few times and nothing. I sure hope my CC isn't billed for the number of times it appeared to go through but no gems and no receipt. Can you help me with this? Thank you!
