Bingo Double called numbers in Royal Room

The number O72 was called twice in the Royal Bingo room. I took a picture showing it two times in a row. Its impossible to tell how often this is happening because there is no board showing all numbers called as game progresses. Nor is there a counter showing how many numbers have been called. This is a problem in so many ways. Players beware.
