I'm still not clear on Charms. After they expire I have to buy them back? Why is this? Also...I'm confused about how Power Ups work. They seem to go so Fast. I've read the instructions for both, but I'm still confused. HELP........Thanks

  Real confused. I spent $50.00 (visa gift card) and bought 3,100.00 gems on VW so i can have fun with all my friends. VW took my card all ok, then right of i made sure and checked my balance, it read o. I never got my gems it shows on my VW account the card is pending.Why.
