I HAVE HAD TO REBOOT OR REFRESH 27 TIMES TODAY... UPDATE MY ASS!! SCREW UP IS MORE LIKE IT CHARMS WON'T LOAD, FREEZING UP, LOSING CONNECTION & I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE..WHEN MY CHARMS DO LOAD IT TAKES 6 MINUTES TO LOAD THEM..MOST OF THE TIME I'M REFRESHING OR REBOOTING ..... DAMN IT VW HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAVE LEGITIMATE CREDENTIALS...THEN THERE'S THE PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT "GUESTS RECEIVE" GEE 27 IN A ROOM ALL 6 TOP BINGOS..YOU GUEST IT PLUS ANOTHER 12 BINGOS BY GUESTS EVERY DAMNED GAME..I GET AN AVERAGE OF 4 VERY SMALL BINGOS OUT OF 20 GAMES

I close all questions for comments after I answer them. Otherwise players ALWAYS post unrelated questions which I never see and would never be able to answer. I've found no other way to get players to create new threads for new questions.
I'm sorry about your performance issues with Vegas World BAJA BT. It's true I can't explain them. If you haven't tried the newer version of Vegas World, it should really run better on your system than the old version.

I'm also having issues. I refresh for a party but half the time that doesn't work and I have to get out and try again. I can then sometimes get disconnected trying to get back in,
I get disconnected several times every day at all different times / issues.
I submitted a ticket about it but no reply. Yes, it is majorly frustrating to say the least and my problems are not as severe as yours..

Lol BAJA BT.. i know your frustration.. since this last so called update. it takes forever to load charms.. i tried to message vw about it but to no avail.. it wont even load the place were i can complain about this issue to them. We can get mad.. sad we can't get even..and when i finally am able to load charms most of the time the charms aren't working. it shows them non existent. I lose connection ever day..several times a day.... and going into parties is almost impossible.. it takes a while for that to load as well and when i finally do get it to load the friggin party is already over.. i try to be patient but my patience is wearing thin.. almost wearing out....if vw does not fix these problems i predict.. it will lose much more than it realizes.. come on vw.. Baja has a point.. start listening to your players that pay to play or shut it down completely. Those of us who have been on here for years who have spent hard earned money to play have had enough..

I'M USING A RELATIVELY NEW DESKTOP THE PROBLEMS I HAD WERE VW GLITCHES..A LOT OF PEOPLE GET THESE PROBLEMS AS VW HAS MULTI COUNTRIES ON THE SITE & CAN;T KEEP UP WITH THE TRAFFIC.....I BELIEVE THERE ARE AT LEAST 1 BILLION PEOPLE USING VW,BUT IT CAN BE EXTEMELY ANNOYING TO DEAL WITH A PROBLEM & NOONE IS LISTENING OR GIVING ERRONEOUS ADVICE...USUALLY AN EXEC.THAT TRIES TO TELL YOU IT'S YOU HAVING THE PROBLEMS NEVER ADMITTING THAT VW IS SERIOUSLY GLITCHING...THE ONLY RELIABLE EXEC ON HERE IS THE CEO HIMSELF DERRICK ...MY COMPUTER IS IN SUPERIOR CONDITION ..I HAVE 3 TIMES MORE MEMORY THAN AN AVERAGE PC WITH SUPERIOR SPEED....THANK YOU JAZ FOR TAKING THE TIME TO INQUIRE
