i received nov. 1st email of free gems. I followed procedure but never received the 18 gems. nothing occurred when I stepped thru the

procedure ????

I'm very sorry, Vegas World can provide no support for 3rd Party Gem Offers.

Note: If you didn't collect any Gems the offer was unsuccessful and Vegas World collects nothing, either.

If the 3rd party is not paying out the free gems after players complete the offers, my question would be, is VW still paying them for the ads?
