I would like to play all the slot games games displayed (except the VIP ones as indicated).  Some of the games will not come up.  Also, how does one get free gems?

It takes me three tries at least, just to open my game!  What is going on?

Me too, my game freezes too. Only can play mystic millions after trying to open Vegas site 4 or 5 times.  This sucks for past 2 months.

If an ipad and tablet are the same thing, Adam posted the following on Jan. 6, 2017. Don't know if it helps explain your problem though:

Running out of memory. Vegas World is a complex game that requires a relatively large amount of memory to function reliably. If a player’s computer or device (this is a more common problem for tablet users) does not have enough memory to display or run the game, the game will fail. For tablet users, this typically results in the app closing unexpectedly. For browser users it will result in a loss of connection. Failures due to memory shortages result in the game failing more frequently specific points, typically the Vegas World features that require the most memory like Charm Parties, Bingo, and Fringo. On some devices, taking precautions like minimizing the number of other apps/programs/tabs running will help. On older devices, or devices not suited to online gaming, there may not be a reliable solution on the player’s existing hardware. The nature or timing of the failures may suggest this is the problem in some cases, but we have no way to reliably determine if memory is the primary reason for the game failing.

I sometimes have logged on with a Tablet and it suggests that you delete the app and reinstall after several problems are encountered.  After doing this several times, I still had the problem. I no 100% whet the problem is, but I think that it may be the app itself or something in the actual flash pages that causes memory to stack and not be cleared. Since so many people are having this problem, I would suggest that Vegas World look a the problem from their end and suggest to refresh or tell people they are running out of memory. I am currently on a desktop with 64 gigs of memory and a top of line video card with additional memory  and have that some problem sometimes. I have STOPPED playing video poker and blackjack because of this problem. Since I don't use and IPAD or PHONE to access VW a can't make any comments, but just think how many user would be able to play, if the problem was corrected.
