can't watch any videos to receive free gems. The screen goes white and nothing. I like your sight but not if I can't access all the benifits

We don't host those offers, so we don't have any solutions for players when they don't work.
That said, we'll do our best to get those offers running for you again. All the reports we've received have been from MS Internet Explorer Users and I've duplicated some of the problems myself on IE. Until we figure this out, I recommend trying a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, or for Windows 10 users the new Edge browser. We've received no indication the offers are failing on browsers other than MS Internet Explorer.

I also can't watch any of the videos to receive the promoted free gems. I need the free gems so that I may obtain powerups when playing bingo! Not happy.
