I have been reading for a good while folks including me have not been able to get FREE GEMS. I have come to the conclusion from what others have said that they VW is targeting folks who don't pay for gems. They figure if you cannot get any free ones you will pay for them. I will tell you all though some folks who pay for them aren't getting them either. This place is becoming no take that back is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

Just tried again to get free gems same old.....blank screen.....videos wont load....or sorry no offers today. I AGREE WITH MIST THEY ARE WANT YOU TO BUY SO THEY HOLD BACK FREE OFFERS!!! NOT NICE VW YOU ARE A RIP OFF AS MIST SAID!

Many players have complained to vw about that problem. Those that have submitted a ticket (which is the ONLY way to get an answer) always get the same reply. VW always will tell you that completing those offers is not their problem and has NO control over what they do or don't do.
