I scheduled a party but it didnt happen so why charge me the charms as if it happened

  I paid a 100 gems to revive the jellyfish charm. I receive it.  Than I paid 100 gems to get the Eagle charm. That I never receive .  How do you correct this???

  I just got two charms why playing BINGO  they never show WHY?

  I just bought for 25 gems " the rabbit coming out of the hat". The charm shows up in charm history but doesn't appear in manage charms or in the playing with charm column. How do I receive credit or am able to use this charm? Thank you in advance for your help.

  On 2/4 I purchased $25 charm it never showed - on 2/4 I bought 2 $100 charms - they never showed.   I only play Bingo but charm history shows the 2/5 charms went to the casino.   I would appreciate the 3 charms being sent to Bingo.    Thank you.   Purple Tabatha

  I tried to have a party and it cost 12 gems and a shortcake to get in....why was it charging 68 gems to get in the party?  so....this meant ...my party was a FLOP...... sad in VW..  :(
