my computer went down when I was in a charms party. how can I get back in the party?

  I attended and party and was charged gems and never received the charms.  What's up with that.  I received an e-mail stating I had charms but they never appeared.!

  I HAVE CHARM BUT EVERY TIME I TRY TO GET CHARM PARTY IT WILL NOT LET ME GO IN THE CHARM PARTY HOW COME PLUS WHEN I SIGN IN I DO NOT RECIVE MY COIN WHAT IS GOING ON PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM SO I CAN GET MY COIN PLUS I CAN USE MY CHARM. THANK YOU

  These partys  do not work right half the time, was just in one, was there, ask for my passes, then told me party was full and kicked me out went back got back in, then the party did not fill ugh sick of them not  working right.
