lost connection
i am having issues with loosing connection and it doesnt happen on other sites

I see there are other loosing connection. I do and also having trouble with games freezing.

freezes especially on a wining hand pisses me off. I lost so many chip.

I was playing and reels keep spinning and spinning on sub game , also bought star charm and was taken from my credits, but then would not go to charm list, keep saying due to error , so then computer kept blacking out , on 610-16, please reload my play credits , as I certainly have been charged for them.

they made it were you got double coins on your wins lol now if you didn't get booted every second and freeze on the games that deal would have been awesome ty for the gift vw lol I was lucky if I could play for 3 min before I froze or got booted grrrrrr

having same problem at same time lost a charm trying to revive, when connected charm was gone as accidentally sold. here are a lot of bugs in this game that needs fixing. If something is lost or accidentally lost there should be a way to retrieve them after all real money is spent here.
