How about fixing the ''Virrol " videos.....I have not been able to collect gems from Virrol since the last update........I am not the only one having this issue....it needs to be fixed....thank u!!

  Virool provides no support of any kind for their video service, so if the videos aren't working, there's nothing to be done. 

  If you aren't seeing any videos at all, that means they have none to offer.  Following the holidays every year, there are never enough videos and free-gem offers for everyone for at least a couple of months.  More offers should be available later this spring.

  V W  WHY  CAN'T YOU  FIX  ALL THESE  PROBLEMS  WE ARE HAVING......YOU  OWE  ME  600 GEMS... PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME I HAVE BEEN ON V W   A LONG  TIME,,,,,,,AND SHOULD NOT  BE GOING THROUGH  ALL OFF THESE PROBLEMS  AND  NEITHER   SHOULD  ANYONE ELSE......EVERY TIME  DOUG  DOES UPDATE  HE FIXES ONE THING  AND BREAKS  ANOTHER.......HOW  ABOUT  FIXING  DOUGH  FIRST  ........AND THEN  DO  UPDATES.........THANKS........  DISSATISFIED  CUSTOMER.......HOPE TO CHANGE THAT  SOON......
