why do you post the virol site when most of the subjects that you click on to earn gems are bogus. they dont pay off, which just wastes my time by viewing them.. dont tell me to go to their site to complain to them because there,s no way to do that. since i,m playing on your site you should confront them about that on my behalf

Okay, you say you have no control over the pay out or viewing of the videos, then why are you keeping virool on your website and others like it. Maybe you are getting paid for there advertising.

I have been trying to buy gems to play in Vegas World. I sent the money through PayPal and saw where it was sent but I never get my gems??? Please help! I would really appreciate this as the only real sure way to get ahead is with the gems. I am a VIP member. I even tried calling their phone number shown but I always get a message telling me that someone will call back ... they never do. This happened three or four times so far!!

This is the second time that I have requested for an answer as to why I keep getting charged twice for something that I buy with gems. I can't afford to be buying gems on a regular bases and they keep going faster then I spend them. Can you explain why? Today again I went from19824 to19790 but I had only spent 22 gems that means that I got charged double what I had spent. Is there a hidden charge for not using gems. If so that should be put out for everyone to see. This happen at 8:55am. I will be using more gems before the day is over, so I am reporting this now. If this continues to happen I will not buy anymore gems. I would like an a respond if there is one. Thank you for your time.

Dark Angel if you want a response from a Tech you need to open a Ticket by clicking on the words 'Submit A Ticket' in the top right hand corner of this page. This Forum is an area where members can share tips, gripe about all the issues with the site, etc. and seldom will a Tech respond to any comments made here. Open a Ticket and you will hear back from someone generally within a day or two.
I also want to share with those of you that are trying to earn GEMS. Following info that I copied from a section here in the Forum Area that FlowPlay/Vegas World published on the GEM earning process. Vegas World will not provide any assistance with 3rd Partner GEM sites (in other words the free GEM offers) and therefore it is highly unlikely you will get any response from a post here.

3rd Party Gem Offers - No Support Available From Vegas World
Vegas World is unable to provide support for any 3rd party Gem offers. Please, keep that in mind when choosing to do any offers, both free and otherwise.
All of the Gem offer providers (Super Rewards, Trial Pay, Sponsor Pay, PayGarden etc.) are a third party vendors that Vegas World has no direct control over. Specific questions about the offers must be directed to them. You will find a link to your offers on each of our Partner's pages (look for "missing gems", "help", "support", etc.) The status of each offer will be displayed as well as an option to contact our partner about the offer.
If you believe you have completed an offer and have not received the Gems you were expecting go to the page of the partner who hosted the offer and check the offer status. You'll find that if you haven't got Gems, the status of the offer will be listed as not complete (or pending, or something like that.)

I have yet to spend any money on this site (been a member for over 3 years) and have been very successful earning all my GEMS since I started (I will admit that since the new year started the offers are scarce and when available limited and I am now wondering if this is being done intentionally!!). I have also had the occasional instance wherein I fulfilled the requirements of the GEM offer and did not receive the GEMS. I contacted the Partner directly thru their Offer Page and once I shared the confirmation e-mail I received proving I had fulfilled the offer, the GEMS were awarded to my Account. There were a few wherein I did not fulfill the exact requirements of the Offer but thought I had so make sure to read the info on the offer before participating in it so you don't waste the time doing it as I did.
Something that has helped me a lot is that most of the Partner pages have a 'Support' link or tab; when you click on it it brings up a list of all the offers you have completed, not completed, are pending, etc. The only ones I have found that do not provide this info are the Partners that offer Videos only (JunGroup and Virool). There are several that do pay out without an issue on their video offers – JunGroup, Supersonic and Adbistro – and the 1, 2 and 3 GEM offers in RadiumOne generally pay out right away as well.
The bottom line on earning free GEMS thru any of the Partner sites is that FlowPlay/Vegas World will not help with any issues of not receiving GEMS. It is the responsibility of the Member to contact the Partner directly. When you check the Support area of the Partner page to see if it shows the offer was fully completed at that time there is an area to report to them that the GEMS were not awarded so the Partner can look into it for you.

I hear you I just now spent 30mns or better and when I completed it , it said internal error.....it was for 302 gems...I am livid...someone needs to be held accountable!!!!

i get tired of putting my info in the survey or looking at ads and never get the gems I suppose to get can I get it or remove the bull crap ads can I get my gems for the time I wasted over 200 gems
