I bought a subway card for gems but can't get the gems. What do I need to do?

The bottom line on earning free GEMS thru any of the Partner sites is that FlowPlay/Vegas World cannot help with any issues of not receiving GEMS - this includes the Subway Gift card offer. 3rd Party Gem Offers - No Support Available From Vegas World
Vegas World is unable to provide support for any 3rd party Gem offers. Please, keep that in mind when choosing to do any offers, both free and otherwise.
All of the Gem offer providers (Super Rewards, Trial Pay, Sponsor Pay, PayGarden etc.) are a third party vendor that Vegas World has no direct control over. Specific questions about the offers must be directed to them. You will find a link to your offers on each of our Partner's pages (look for "missing gems", "help", "support", etc.) The status of each offer will be displayed as well as an option to contact our partner about the offer.
If you believe you have completed an offer and have not received the Gems you were expecting go to the page of the partner who hosted the offer and check the offer status. You'll find that if you haven't got Gems, the status of the offer will be listed as not complete (or pending, or something like that.)

I have been very successful earning all my GEMS since I became a member over 3 years ago and have had the occasional instance wherein I fulfilled the requirements of the GEM offer and did not receive the GEMS. I contacted the Partner directly thru their Offer Page and once I shared the confirmation e-mail I received proving I had fulfilled the offer, the GEMS were awarded to my Account. There were a few wherein I did not fulfill the exact requirements of the Offer but thought I had so make sure to read the info on the offer before participating in it so you don't waste the time doing it as I did.
Something that has helped me a lot is that most of the Partner pages have a 'Support' link or tab; when you click on it it brings up a list of all the offers you have completed, not completed, are pending, etc. The only ones I have found that do not provide this info are the Partners that offer Videos only (JunGroup and Virool). In this Support are on the Partners page you can also easily contact them on GEMS you did not receive.

registrated on laddbrokes during promoweek ladbrokes confirm registration and payment were correct but i didnt recieve the 16000 gems as offert so now both partys pointing at each other but still got no gems

having problems again using my our world game cards to get gems since our last update......i was able to use them on and off but not stopped again ....please fix ti soon i need to purchase gems...thanks....
