where's the videos
Encrave page is blank, Adknowlege page is blank, Virrol page is blank....there is nothing working.......have tried using foxfire and chrome, but they are all still blank pages..........Where's the videos? It has been this way for the past week or more...too many people are having the same issue.........Please fix!

having problems watching videos for 2 weeks now and jun group videos also i don't know why i can't get gems anymore i use to get a lot but now nothing not giving it only says we are sorry but we are out of videos at this time please fix this problem

NO VIDEOS STILL!!! This is ridiculous! And don't say it's our browsers because it's not, it is Vegas World. Just another way to get us to buy gems.

I haven't been able to get any of the offers to load since 12/31/15. It's not our browsers, not our software, and not our internet connections. If I have to buy gems, it will not be through Vegas World, but through another entity. There are others out there offering to sell us more gems for less money.

I am writing on behalf of a friend. There seems to be an issue about getting the gems after watching the videos. I know when I did watch videos there were some issues in getting gems, but now there is a major issue in getting them. I now redeem gift cards once in a while to get gems as I do not have time to watch the videos and the amount of gems awarded were not worth my time. Many people do not have the money to purchase gift cards and will not use a credit card. People should not be forced to buy gems to enjoy Vegas World. It is advertised as a free online game, but if the reality is that the puchase of gems are going to be the way to enjoy Vegas World beware that VW is treading down a dangerous legal road. Many states like New York are cracking down on fantasy football games which in essence is gambling because one pays to play. I strongly suggest VW fix the glitches in your video games and let everyone play whether they can pay or not on your creative enjoyable site. Thank you!!

So well said. I agree we don't all have the money to spend. Some of us are retired and on a very limited income. This WAS a way of enjoying are self and now it is becoming VERY stressful. Need to get it figured out or we well all be gone. I am sure there is other games out there that don't mistreat the people or use them to grow themselfs

It borders on false advertising! It's not just the "earn Free Gem" issue. How many times have you gone to a party and just as the room is about to reach 25, you get knocked out? Or you watch a video and do not recieve the gems or approriate gems? VW saays they monitor? What do they monitor. The current problem is ongoing fo over a week. I think the monitor needs monitoring!

they monitor the amount of money they are making off US the players. It is now Jan.8 2016 and still no vides to watch whitch means no free gems witch whitch means we don't play. I guess that's what they want

I agree with all the above except mommq47 who said the site is beginning to suck. I don't think that's fair to say yet.
