Several Gem Partners not paying
I completed several gem offers yesterday and only two paid as they said they would. Here is a list of offers I completed but didn't get the gems, with screen shots showing I finished three of them. They are all supposed to confirm instantly.

3. Nature Valley Bars 100 gems
4. Redbull vs Monster 100 gems
5. Lebron vs Jordon Quiz 100 gems
I would really appreciate it if you could please get my gems.

Complain to the actual company who is offering the gems or complain to Vegas World? It doesn't seem to me anyone who even works for Vegas World replies here? Or do they?

This is becoming a frequent occurrence, the sponsors like Fyber, Super Rewards, and Offer Toro are getting something for nothing. When the gems are above 80 these sponsor do not want to pay. I am owed, at this point, approximately 1200 gems. I wish Vegas World would take a stand for our patronage.

The new scheme on Sponsor Pay is to have the participant complete the survey and all of a sudden the Company promoting the survey removes the survey, never sends a confirmation email, and not list the survey on the list of items you have completed. The evil that some people will do not to pay for services rendered. I will be making a report to the BBB against Sponsor Pay, Offer Toro, and Super Rewards.

The only decent offer partners are jungroup and Supersonic. If you complete an offer on Supersonic, take a screenshot of the completion where they thank you. Wait about 30 minutes (gems are supposed to pay after 15 but give them a little extra time just in case). From supersonic's homepage, look up in the right hand corner for "View status & Support" with the amount of gems you've earned next to it. Click that. Whatever offers you've clicked on, complete or not will be listed there, along with the amount of gems the offer is worth, the requirements and whether or not they have been paid. If you've waited long than 15 minutes after you've completed the offer and the gems aren't showing, click on "missing gems?" where the status of your completion is, file a ticket explaining (in not too many words it doesn't allow a paragraph) and attach the screenshot I told you to take. You can't file a ticket without a screenshot. You will get an immediate confirmation of your filed ticket and with that screenshot, your gems will get awarded immediately. It only took like 20 minutes for them to award over 900 gems to me. They are honest and don't complain about the amount of tickets you file (I filed like 8 of them and got awarded for all). I know it's extra work but honestly I would rather know they are on top of it, than get cheated out of so many from the other offer partners who don't care.

Hello! Wanted to reply to those of you that are trying to earn GEMS. Following is info that I copied from a section here in the Forum Area that FlowPlay/Vegas World published on the GEM earning process. The bottom line on earning free GEMS thru any of the Partner sites is that FlowPlay/Vegas World cannot help with any issues of not receiving GEMS. It is the responsibility of the Member to contact the Partner directly.

3rd Party Gem Offers - No Support Available From Vegas World
Vegas World is unable to provide support for any 3rd party Gem offers. Please, keep that in mind when choosing to do any offers, both free and otherwise.
All of the Gem offer providers (Super Rewards, Trial Pay, Sponsor Pay, PayGarden etc.) are a third party vendors that Vegas World has no direct control over. Specific questions about the offers must be directed to them. You will find a link to your offers on each of our Partner's pages (look for "missing gems", "help", "support", etc.) The status of each offer will be displayed as well as an option to contact our partner about the offer.
If you believe you have completed an offer and have not received the Gems you were expecting go to the page of the partner who hosted the offer and check the offer status. You'll find that if you haven't got Gems, the status of the offer will be listed as not complete (or pending, or something like that.)

I have yet to spend any money on this site (been a member for over 3 years) and have been very successful earning all my GEMS since I started. I have had the occasional instance wherein I fulfilled the requirements of the GEM offer and did not receive the GEMS. I contacted the Partner directly thru their Offer Page and once I shared the confirmation e-mail I received proving I had fulfilled the offer, the GEMS were awarded to my Account. There were a few wherein I did not fulfill the exact requirements of the Offer but thought I had so make sure to read the info on the offer before participating in it so you don't waste the time doing it as I did.
Something that has helped me a lot is that most of the Partner pages have a 'Support' link or tab; when you click on it it brings up a list of all the offers you have completed, not completed, are pending, etc. The only ones I have found that do not provide this info are the Partners that offer Videos only (JunGroup and Virool). There are several that do pay out without an issue on their video offers – JunGroup, Supersonic and Adbistro – and the 1, 2 and 3 GEM offers in RadiumOne generally pay out right away as well.
