Report getting no gems
We all need to report not getting gems. I went to Virool site & their exact words to me were - Go to support@flowplay.com. You need to reach out directly to Vegas world as they will handle the setup & integration of videos on their site. They will get in touch with our publisher team if they find issues with our videos. if we all send a report maybe they will fix this. Thank you

Took survey 100 gems did not get paid. What is the problem with paying me for my time. I did for earning those gems. I would like to be paid . Thank you...

Don't waste your time with Fyber. They don't reward you for all your efforts and don't hold up to their end of the bargain. I filed a complaint with them 19 days ago and still have not received my gems.

WATCHED VIDEOES DID NOT GET PD SEVERAL TIMES THIS IS UNBELEIVABLE. I THINK THOSE SITES SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THEY'RE NOT PAYING . THEN YOU ALL PUT 9 AND 10 MIN. i comlete some surveys on Revenue Universe. They sais that i get my reward within 15min, is been past over 12hours and still doesn'n get my reward. I put some personal data in, as they asked. How much longer i have to wait for my gems, or i can say bye bye to them( gems)?where i should submitted my complaints?

Hello! Wanted to reply to those of you that are trying to earn GEMS. Following is info that I copied from a section here in the Forum Area that FlowPlay/Vegas World published on the GEM earning process. The bottom line on earning free GEMS thru ANY of the Partner sites is that FlowPlay/Vegas World cannot help with any issues of not receiving GEMS. It is the responsibility of the Member to contact the Partner directly.

3rd Party Gem Offers - No Support Available From Vegas World
Vegas World is unable to provide support for any 3rd party Gem offers. Please, keep that in mind when choosing to do any offers, both free and otherwise.
All of the Gem offer providers (Super Rewards, Trial Pay, Sponsor Pay, PayGarden etc.) are a third party vendors that Vegas World has no direct control over. Specific questions about the offers must be directed to them. You will find a link to your offers on each of our Partner's pages (look for "missing gems", "help", "support", etc.) The status of each offer will be displayed as well as an option to contact our partner about the offer.
If you believe you have completed an offer and have not received the Gems you were expecting go to the page of the partner who hosted the offer and check the offer status. You'll find that if you haven't got Gems, the status of the offer will be listed as not complete (or pending, or something like that.)

I have been very successful earning all my GEMS since I became a member of this site over 3 years ago (however this year the ability to earn many has been awful and I am wondering now if the limits are being done intentionally!!) and have had the occasional instance wherein I fulfilled the requirements of the GEM offer and did not receive the GEMS. I contacted the Partner directly thru their Offer Page and once I shared the confirmation e-mail I received proving I had fulfilled the offer, the GEMS were awarded to my Account. There were a few wherein I did not fulfill the exact requirements of the Offer but thought I had so make sure to read the info on the offer before participating in it so you don't waste the time doing it as I did.
Something that has helped me a lot is that most of the Partner pages have a 'Support' link or tab; when you click on it it brings up a list of all the offers you have completed, not completed, are pending, etc. The only ones I have found that do not provide this info are the Partners that offer Videos only (JunGroup and Virool).
The bottom line on earning free GEMS thru any of the Partner sites is that FlowPlay/Vegas World cannot help with any issues of not receiving GEMS. It is the responsibility of the Member to contact the Partner directly. When you check the Support area of the Partner page to see if it shows the offer was fully completed at that time there is an area to report to them that the GEMS were not awarded so the Partner can look into it for you.

And there are issues! I didn't say Vegas World or Flowplay can fix these issues or give us our gems not received, they just need to report the issues to Virool's publisher team. I'm not only player wanting to get free gems & can't. Maybe that is the problem, I'm not a VIP. Seems that Flowplay/ Vegas world doesn't care & just ignoring us players. Both Virool & Jungroup have had issues for 2 months + now.

Trial pay and tap research, 84% of the survey and then disqualified. multiple times I provided information and no completion of surveys. Poor and sad vendor relations. Not doing them anymore.

ya i was having rouble doing offers or even playing the new games on ie, and when i did offers on revenue universe they wouldnt pay the 1200 gems owed so i couldnt get the support button to work and after being screwed out of thousands of gems over the years i stsrted either canceling what i did for them to not get paid right, i found this ones email to complain to ,and they were so nasty they told me i shouldnt email them but to use that useless support button that i emailed and told doesnt work. then they tag my ip address and say they are going to black list me , when its their system thats messed up.like all of us are computer literate . i did end up finding out my browser was the reson some of thegames wouldnt work and the support button probably,cant say on that because i wont ever patronize those nasty people again

I still am not receiving any gems at my site they go through as paid but come up as being saved for free I don’t understand, you say my screen name to sign in VW doesn’t recognize as well as my password yer it signs me in every time I sign on what’s wrong with you ? I have had the same email since I started with you here on my iPad this is happening on your end not mine I ask you once again to please fix this problem !

yes hi I played the island experiment first time playing the game reach level 10 suppose to get 500 gems been playing wasting my time and I did not get my 500 gems why lie to people just to play the game and get nothing out of it what a waste WHERE IS MY 500 GEMS OWN TO ME
