Slot game spinner hangups

the number 2 spinner from the left of screen sticks and just rolls continuously during free spins on many occassions and have to leave machine to go to other game. It is no fun when you lose the coin totals during this process and the extra spins you never recieved. Please fix this issue.

  The wager bug has been fixed as of this morning. The problem with bonus games and free spins hanging up the games is a known bug but not one we've been able to reproduce in a manner that explains what is happening well enough to fix it.

  Note: If we think Vegas World is going wrong, we'll say so. If we think it's not, we'll say so.  We can be wrong, certainly, and we always assume the game is working correctly until we have evidence otherwise (because it normally is.) All we want is to provide our players with accurate replies to their questions and concerns.  What we won't ever do is say the game is broken when we really don't think it is, even if that answer makes a player mad. Players frequently report things we know don't actually happen, and that creates friction.  Our job is to do our best to sort out what is a legit report that requires action on our part against what is probably a misunderstanding about what the game did or was supposed to do.  I don't expect that challenge to ever fade.

  How come the amount of my bet changes during my play???

  I don't realize it til I see my wins are smaller than usual!

  So I don't get what I actually was betting!
  Please fix this.  It has happened a number of times today, like 6 or 7 times!!!

  This is the 4th day the slots will not let you bet the amount you want.  IS IT GOING TO BE FIXED.

  TO FIX SOMETHING REQUIRES VW TO ADMIT IT'S THEIR FAULT.....BUT THEY INSIST IT'S OUR COMPUTERS...GEEZ  20,000 PEOPLE ALL HAVE DEFECTIVE PCs.!!

  I keep losing coins , but keep buying gems , why are games paying off less and less . ai am betting same as always.

  I  have gone from 46 million to 8 million, something is wrong, and games keep spinning and spinning.
