    I've turned this Help Page post into a Ticket in order to reply privately.  

    Due to the switch from old Vegas to new, many players have accidentally created new accounts.  In almost every case, we just need to find the Sign-In info for the original account to get players back into those accounts.

    If you find yourself in the wrong account, here's what to do:

    Wrong Account/New Account
