4 millions of tokens not received fron play om 1/30. It was suppposed to be because i was a VIP player.

    same here i received a message saying that i was awarded 4 million tokens because i am a vip player as well. Where is my tokens??

    I did not receive my VIP coins either.  My message said 2/1/2016.  So where is my 2 million??????

    Did not receive 8.5 million coins either however, I believe the issue began when the "Daily Sign Amount" appeared on start up, mine continued to say 1 More Day when in fact, I had by-passed the day! Since I'm not the only one who did not get their coins as a VIP...obviously, there's a glitch which I know will be fixed. Thank You! You guys do a great job!!

    I also did not receive my coins from last month and I did not receive the charm either. I am sure there is a glitch in the system. also why am I not able to earn any of the extra charms by watching the videos?

    I did not receive my coins it said one more day  and now it says 29 day what's up with that?

    It seems that it's the same for all VIP members. Nobody received the monthly charm or got to cash in their bonus coins that were earned from January 1 to January 31.

    When I tried to cash mine in, it said I had to wait for another 28 days which would be on February 29 given the fact that it is leapyear for 2016. They still won't let us cash them in because that is not March 1.

    Vegas world might be having a problem with their systems for that reason.

    Just a suggestion for all VIP members:

    Maybe we should consider not playing any games for the time being and just sign in to our accounts once per day to collect our free daily coins.

    By doing so, we will have even more coins to play with on top of our bonus coins that we have already earned, at least until Vegas World fixes the issue that we are all experiencing.

    I've had the same problem as everyone else -- 33.5 million coins are due and nothing as well as no monthly charm.  I thought maybe my VIP membership had expired but my account says it's still active for months into 2016.

    Since there are so many who have had the same problem, it must be a site issue.  That doesn't make it any less annoying along with the fact that they couldn't even have a site admin visit this thread to explain what happened.  Every other site that I am on that has issues will do that so people know what is going on.

    hey whats going on..i didn't receive my coins as I should have today..so wrong..my account better not be charged again..because someone bought me a vip pass

    It appears that there is a problem, I didn't receive my bonus for the month on Feb 1, a well.  It indicated that I would but they never deposited.  Surley, VW is aware of this and will have it resolved QUICKLY.  I sure do HOPE SO!!!!

    HUNDREDS MAYBE A MILLION BY NOW.  ANY HOW I LOVE THIS WEB AND ALL THE FRIENDS I HAVE MET.. TO BACK IT HAD TO COME TO MY QUITTING ,,,WHY SHOULD I GET UPSET OVER PLAYING A GAME..WELL ITS JUST NOT FARE..I LOVE TO BUY FRIENDS GIFTS AND I HAVE PLENTY..

    I am one of those players that record my coin and gem totals when I log on and log off. I have in the past noticed that sometimes the payouts from your winning and your gem bonus is not correct since the bonus is not added. I have also noticed that your scratch off cards are not always added to your total too. Each time that I had summited a ticket,  the answer I got each time is that the program would correct itself, which it never does. If you complain again, you get the same email. It seems that support does not want to accept that there are glitches that do occur, and they should realize that most of us are older adults and have no reason to make up some story.

    Also, it seems as  if we are being insulted and if you stay something, even if it is not a fault word, you will be blocked. Good Luck!
