Slots Tournaments Not Loading
I have tried a few times to do slot tournaments on Space Girls. It takes the coins, but the game won't load. This has gone on for 2-3 weeks, and then I get an email stating sorry you have run out of time.
anyway to fix this, or refund coins? I won't be doing anymore of this tournament until I know it is fixed.

I tried playing two tournaments, game took my buy in fee first one froze up now won't load back up and second one wont load at all I am out 15 million

happened to me too. took 4 days to get an answer. they refunded 12 million. now tournaments won't load for a lot of us. NICE upgrade.

playing space girls tournament the game stopped after winning a bonus and then it does not move me up in ranking i have over 25k and it shows me in next to last place when i should be much higher, i cant say where because it does not move me up this problem has continued to happen and needs to be fixed

Day of the dead tournament got disconnected returned to tournament page.Hit the resume button nothing happens still 3 hours left in tournament any help?

I can't complete tournaments. Another disappointing blow. Once I start playing tournaments, some will not allow me to complete the spins required to finish the tournaments. I have lost a lot of coins because of this problem. I was VIP and upgraded to Elite. These things made me decide to no longer pay to subscribe to substandard games. I was ready to resubscribe as an Elite member but now I am ready to walk away from Vegas World and cut my losses. It's a great idea, but it's not working the way it should be. Yet you consistently add updates before problems are solved. I am extremely upset to have to be a beta tester when I paid for it. Vegas World would be fun if it weren't so f*%^#* up. You can't make me want to be a member anymore. (my other avatar is several years old and has retired over a month ago. I thought a new identity might bring me luck.)

I still can't complete tournaments and 101 other problems indigiones to VW. Every Monday I cringe to what problems happens after updates. FIX THE PROBLEMS before you add more garbage to the pile. There is a chance I may buy a membership for both of my avatars if you fix the coin stealing and gem sucking problems that exist now.
Fringo is another black hole. You refund the credits for a Fringo disconnection, but ignore the POWER UPS that are lost when connection to the game is lost. I've lost hundreds of POWER UPS from disconnected FRINGO games and received nothing to compensate those losses.
Won't be buying memberships or gems until I feel I am being treated as a customer and not a beta tester. Good luck VW and other customers. Zero cash from me until you get things righted.

Well. Really losing interest in this site. Nobody seems to want to help or get our money returned. I can't get into Bingo, tournaments or slots. Haven't tried the Texas holder but probably that's frozen too. Time to search elsewhere people!!!
