THE VIP REWARDS CARD WAS NOT ACCUMULATING MY PLAY TIME AND THE TOTAL HAS BEEN THE SAME FOR OVER A WEEK! AND NOW I JUST CLICK TO COLLECT AND NOTHING HAPPENED! WHAT IS GOING ON VEGAS WORLD????? IT OWES ME 20,000,000 COINS!!!

Am wondering why i did not receive my charms for being vip ,i received my feb charm but not my bonus charms for being and paying vip? please look into this as i am down to one charm!!
