    Hi, I Ordered $39.00 worth of merchandise from Walgreens 5/3/2016 and was offered 175 Gems to place order through Vegas World sponsor, Trial Pay. I did not receive the gems, I also made the same type of transaction through trial pay months back for 150 gems, and did not receive those gems as well, I understand the high volume of people and gem orders on Vegas World, though I would greatly appreciate my earned gems Thank you TonyaJ3.

    I  bought one $6.00 worth of gems and one $20.00 worth of gems back to back and has been hours ago,you already charged my account so would you please either refund money back to account or send the gems,I"ll check tomorrow to see if they are there, today date is 1/3/18..Hope you solve this problem soon..Thank you..

    If you bought gems directly through VW AND  you didn't get them, then submit a request (top right on the screen). If you bought the gems through a third party vendor, then you have to deal directly with the vendor. Good Luck

    Money was taken out of my charge card for Gems i didnt  get sixty dollers was charged on my card but never got my gems, So When will i get my Gems put on my acct.?

    It's been posted HUNDREDS of times, that if you have a complaint, or encounter a bug, you have to either SUBMIT A TICKET via the link at the top right of this page, or send them an email at support@vegasworld.com. I doubt if they even know you have a problem, as posting in this forum only tells other players about it. This forum is for player interaction ONLY. You can't get anything fixed by complaining here.
