Unable to buy Gems
I have tried for over two days to buy gems but can't. The screen comes up with the amount and price, but that is as far as I get as the window to put in my iTunes password doesn't come up.
Can anyone help me ASAP? I use VW to relax and chat with friends, and have others that use it too for relaxation.
i did sign out a few times and even deleted the App and reinstalled, but to no avail. This has been for about 3 days and is frustrating. My iPad software is up to date which can cause problems with games if it is not.

I am still having problems getting gems, iTunes is also looking into this. I am using an iPad Air 2, google play won't work, and yahoo won't work either for my iPad.
thanks for the other answers, but I need to find a fix that will work with an iPad?
with so much advances in online media and games, it seems like this shouldn't be an issue. (Like people can't upgrade to VIP on an iPad)? This seems so antiquated with all the software available.
My PC is not working, but if VW offers an app through itunes, then it should have the necessary software for people that use iPads and iPhones to have the same capabilities as ppl that use google and yahoo.

Please help, I have 2 nephews and a friend that use my name at times, and I am exhausting ways to get gems (1 at a time for watching videos is ludicrous), and I have and my friends have spent a great amount on VW, and I will take my business elsewhere and delete the app.
