    i am having the same issue since yesterday afternoon!!!

    I watched 5 videos yesterday evening and 4 this morning and I have still not received any of the gems. a total of 32 gems that I would like to receive plz n thank u!!! geez!!! have a great day!!! :-)

    I also watched 12 4-gem videos on three different accounts and did not receive any gems today. What is wrong with YunGroup? Please advise...

    JunGroup is finally paying 4 gems for each set of videos BUT I have not received any credit for the 50+gems in each of 3 accounts I watched videos a few hours ago.

    TGIF all!

    The issue seems to mainly be with JunGroup as I also am getting GEMS thru Radium One, Offer Torro and SuperSonic.  For me the issue with JunGroup videos started occurring yesterday afternoon and is still an issue today.

    Since JunGroup is a 3rd Party Partner Vegas World will not do anything about it to help so I am hoping that everyone who is having issues with the JunGroup videos not awarding GEMS will call them directly to report it.  Their phone number is 212-692-9500.  Maybe if they hear from enough of us they will get if fixed quickly for all us avid GEM earners  :)

    Dear Staffers,  Thank you for whatever you did to allow me to once again receive the gems I earned by watching the dreaded videos.  I'll be able to stay and play in VW now.  TYTYTYTYTY

    For months now all I have had was a blank white screen in virool and no videos, could someone please tell me why!!!!!!!!!
