I did not get my gems this month I was suppost to get 150 on my billing date they took the money out but no gems why not?

Just want to inquire why I can't purchase gems NOW using my MASTER CARD (GOLD) when i had already purchased gems using the same card during my stay here in the PH. I will be back to my place by the second week of this month and I still want to purchase gems so i can buy charms for SLOT games while waiting for my flight back home.
Please reply to my query when you can find time...THANKS...

To everyone posting here. Please send a Help Ticket. I can't address problems with purchases in a public forum like this.
In all cases, either your card was declined by the credit card company for some reason (we often can look up the reason, so go ahead and ask) or the purchase was declined because the address, postal/zip code, and/or CVC security number did not match what the bank has on file.
If the credit card company declines the charge, it just doesn't happen and no charge will appear on your statement at all.
If we decline the charge, it may appear on your statement as a "pending" charge for about 3-5 days before being refunded back to you automatically.
There's no case where we take your money and keep it without awarding the Gems or membership, so that's not something to worry about.
