I have not received my cash back bonus coins, which should be ready today. What's going on?

Relax folks! You'll get your coins back, probably tomorrow. This happened once before and VIP coin back was paid out the next day.

It happened again tonight. Said I had 10,500,000 coins back did not credit my account. Really frustrated

I don't think anyone got the cash back bonus coins. Or the vip August charm..All my friends also said they refreshed and didn't receive anything or the gems they should get first of the month.. I refreshed 3xs and still didn't receive anything either.. I think it's a glitch or something hopefully when they update today they will award the coins, gems and the charm..Fingers crossed.

Me also, when I signed in this morning it said I would receive my coins in 31 days. I refreshed quite a few times, even opened a different browser and that won't even read my sign in!
I know glitches happen all the time and I'm sure they will fix it!

Did not receive VIP coins back today. Stuck on the 30th and today is the first. 19,000,000+. I don't get it. Vegas world on a diff calender month or something. Been the 30th for a couple days now.

same thing happened to me, no VIP coin rewards. Since it happened to others, i assume it is one of those famous VIP glitches and will be corrected at some point in time

I purchased $20.00 and got charged $250.00 whattttt. I have to go to the bank today and file charges against company and fill out a police report to get my money back.
