AnsweredIf everyone who is having a problem with the games would simply submit a ticket or send a message (the links for this are on every page at the top and bottom) you'll generally get a response in your email within 1-2 days. Believe me, they don't address problems in this discussion forum. In fact, they rarely even read it. If that doesn't work, Fred has listed their phone numbers and email address for customer service in his post below.You're far more likely to get a problem solved in this manner.

I'm trying to be better about reading these, but its true we prioritize Help Tickets first. What never works is posting unrelated questions in the comments section of another player's question. I have no way to direct the answer to you in that case. We're really caught up right now, so most responses to Help Tickets will be within 1-2 buisiness days. Longer if something goes really wrong or there's a holiday or some other delay.
We close each thread after replying specifically to prevent unrelated questions from being posted as comments, since we'll almost never see them and have no way to reply.

Not true Jaz. The emails I got back from VW when I submitted a ticket addressed my problems ONLY (Not automated). They really helped a lot, and fixed whatever issues I was having. They will help you if you ask them nicely. They'll issue you a ticket number, and email you again when the problem has been fixed, or tell you why it's happening. Hardly a waste of time.
