Can't change settings in latest version of CHAT

Ever since the latest version of chat has been was placed in the "new VW", I havn't been able to change the color of the bubble or font or the size of the letters.I can still get the pop-up box to change them, by clicking on the "T" in the chat bos, but after you enter what you want to say, no changes were made. My words (and it looks like everyone else's) still appear in tiny black letters with a no-color bubble. Is anyone else having this problem?

  In the new "FX" Chat system, select the Chat area by clicking on it.  That will expand it and display the "tT" icon. Click that to adjust your Chat display.  I  just confirmed it works on my account, at least.  If it's not working for you, let us know via Help Ticket so we can investigate further.  

  Note: The font display is only changed in the Chat Bubbles that appear over the avatars.  The Chat History display is fixed with a standard font type and size.
