I'm not sure if you're describing Auto-Spin, which just plays and plays until you tell the game to stop. If that's the case, you're wagering normally and winning and losing in the normal manner.
The only other known issue that matches this description is a loss of connection during slot play. That most frequently causes the slots to spin and spin and they cannot be stopped. Usually a player needs to sign out of Vegas World to fix a problem of that sort. This does not cost a player any Coins as no wagers can be taken while the connection is broken. The last wager places before the slot goes wrong is processed normally and if it was a winner, those Coins will be waiting for you when you refresh your game (sign out and back in again.)

me too and its happing more and more often !!! im on auto and win like 10 sometimes 14 free spins on max bet and it freezes with only one row constantly spinning so I have to FR and I lose all my points and spins !! when u gonna fix this ?? I can waste my money a lot easier than this grrrrrr
