    This problem with the Fringo Cruises has been reported to us by several players, and we've seen it as well.  The Fringo developers have been alerted and the solution is being investigated.

    If you are a VIP or Elite member, I recommend contacting out Concierge Chat service for real-time info on the status of the Cruise.  At this time I do not recommend anyone play it. 

    Our Concierges can't provide refunds, but Vegas World staff can. For Coin refunds, send a Help Ticket (click the link at the top of this screen) and they will be handled on a case by case basis.

    I get the same thing it is not my internet connection it is Vegas World site

    I feel this is getting out of hand. Rooms keep closing for the Thanksgiving cruise. we get our tokens back but my power ups are getting wasted. This is really taking the fun out of this game. This has been happening yesterday and today. Hopefully this will be cleared up for tomorrow and the rest of the days we get to play this cruise.

    Vegas World needs to accept responsibility for these ongoing issues.

    They need to do the right thing.

    REFUND THE PLAYERS

    that includes Gems, Power Ups, And even Party Pass Credits

    Players that have paid VIP or ELITE membership fees have "a reasonable

    expectation of service" .

    VW is not living up to the membership criteria So many players have paid for.
