I HAD BINGO ON 2 CARDS DID NOT GET PAYED

  Even if you lose connection, you still get the Coins from all winning Bingos.  All Bingo winners are paid the moment they click "Bingo".

  If you're looking for your Coin total to increase at the end, you'll never see it because the Coins are awarded immediately upon a win, while the game is going. Even if the game fails, mid-way through, you won't lose any Coins you already won.

  If you are certain something prevented you from collecting your winnings, I recommend sending us a Help Ticket (click the support link at the top of this page) and describe what the game did.  You'll need to be very specific about what went wrong. If you just think the game didn't pay out, we can't work with that. In cases of "it just didn't pay", it's much more likely you missed the Coins being added than something actually preventing the Coin award, which is really, really, rare (when we do find problems of that sort, we fix them immediately.)
