CHARMS ONLY PAYING OUT ABOUT 50% OF WHAT THEY DID BEFORE LAST UPGRADE

I'VE BEEN USING THE SAME 2  "5 STAR" CHARMS FOR MONTHS, AND THEY ARE ONLY PAYING OUT FOR ABOUT HALF AS LONG AS THEY DID BEFORE THE LAST UPGRADE. SEEMS TO ME THAT IF YOU PAY 500 GEMS FOR A CHARM, (OR MORE), IT SHOULD LAST AT THE VERY LEAST HALF AN HOUR. CAN'T AFFORD TO BUY CHARMS AT THIS RATE, AND IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN WITHOUT THEM. WHY DID YOU DO THIS VW? YOU THAT DESPERATE TO SEE YOUR FAITHFUL MEMBERS LOSE?

  That is simply incorrect. Charms pay out at exactly the same rate as always. 

  If a Charm is lasting half as long, it's paying out twice as much for the duration.  Some Charms pay out faster than others, but all Charms pay out a consistent amount based on the the type of Charm and the number of Gems paid for it.
