not receiving gifts

people buy me gifts of cloths,I see them in gifts but don't see how to get them into where the outfits are to wear.please help me figure out how to wear gifts people send me.

  Gifted items appear in the Items section of the new Vegas World Outfit profile page. Scroll down to the bottom to find newly added items.

  For old Vegas World:

  Any time an Outfit is purchased and does not appear in the main section of the Outfit Profile, players will always find it in the "Custom" section, instead.

  Open your Outfit Profile screen.
  Select "Custom" (on the left-hand sidebar)
  Open the "New Items" category.
  You'll see the outfit you just purchased there.
  Open its entry and "Use" the item. That will add it to the main section of your Outfit Profile.
