since the 5 th of Dec my cash back coin has stayed the same should increase daily been playing everyday and it has not changed

What you are reporting is normal for players like you who had Elite Memberships that expire and become VIP memberships.
Since you were getting 2x Coins for elite, your total for the month was based on formula for Elite players.
Now that your are a VIP member, the formula is for 1/2 the Coins you were to recieve as an Elite.
The display showing your member Coin progress NEVER GOES DOWN and is always the minimum number of Coins you can collected on the 1st.
If your actual total Coins due you decreases, because your membership was downgraded, the total remains static until the Coins you earn as VIP member exceed the number you earned as an Elite player.
Example: As an Elite member you earned 6 million Coins. The game displayed 6 million Coins when you signed in. When your membership downgraded, now you're due only 3 million Coins (because Elites get twice as much as VIPs.) Since the 6 million we displayed is the minimum you will get, it'll stay at 6 unless you wager enough to boost the 3 million VIP total past that number.
If you renew your Elite membership before the 1st, you'll get the double amount again.
