I have not been able to get free gems on Jungroup for 2 days now. Says, sorry no gems, come back later. Virool hasn't worked for 3 months, videos do not come on.. I see other players are complaining too. You want us to play without gems? Favors to double the coins keep coming up, but we are unable to buy them without gems. This is rediculas! This needs checked Vegas World. Do you even look at the complaints? Very discusting.

Contact support@flowplay.com to report not being able to get gems from Virool. Virool gave this info to me - Their exact words were, You need to reach out directly to Vegas World as they will handle the setup & integration of videos on their site. They will get in touch with our publisher team if they find issues with our videos. If enough players contact them, maybe something will be done.
