Tournaments are BAD. Why can't you fix them?????

  We certainly can fix them, but the reports of tournaments having problems didn't start arriving until it was too late to get it fixed by last update. 

  WORKAROUND:  If a tournament fails, select a *different* tournament and play it through.  Then re-try the first tournament and it should work.,

  (I haven't tested this myself, but I'm told it'll work.) Let us know if it does not.

  A number of us are stuck on the Cool Winnings tournament,we entered but the wheel just keeps spinning and we are unable to play.....is there any way to get my 100,000 tokens entry fee back?

  Anyone who loses Coins due to a stuck tournament, and doesn't want to play a different tournament to unstick it can send in a Help Ticket and we'll replace your Coins.   Let us know the value of the tournament to speed things up.

  I have tried multiple tournaments with the spinning constant.  If I exit Vegas World, when I come back I can complete one tourney but then unable to stop spinning in the following.  I haven't lost coins, but time and plenty of frustration for the effort.  Thanks.

  I'm not getting my winnings. I placed #1 yesterday and didn't get a single coin. I should have received over 15 million. And this goes for another tourney I entered yesterday.

  since last update, nearly each time I, begin in a new tournament, I have 2 reload page, W H Y ? ? ?

  Lost 4 million chips due to don't stop spinning! When are you going to fix this?Its been three days now and cant even get ananswer!

  I WAS PLAYING A 1M TOURNAMENT AND HIT A BONUS ROUND AFTER THE ROUND THE SCREEN FROZE UP I HAD TO LEAVE AND REJOIN TO MAKE IT WORK

  THE WORST PROBLEM WAS MY RANKING WAS STUCK ON 124 OUT OF 128 AND I HAD OVER 6M POINTS.  THE THIRD PLACE HAD 8M I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I FINISHED OR IF THE GAME WILL CREDIT ME ON MY ACTUAL POINTS RATHER THEN THE RANKING AFTER IT FROZE UP

  THIS IS OVER THE THIRD TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED AND I HAVE REPORTED IT EACH TIME, BUT IT STILL IS HAPPENING PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND GIVE ME THE WINNINGS I BELIEVE I MAY HAVE WON
