  That is not a typical problem that we have duplicated. I suspect the solution is to update your browser or flash player.  Clearing your browser cache may also solve the problem.  Send a Help Ticket with the sort of browser you are playing on for specific instructions on how.

  Been trying for over 6 hours now and still won't load past 20%.

  I have also been stuck at 20% loading on the $5 million island for days it seems. Tonight I tried Yolina Island, $250K and it loaded fine. After playing that game I tried Jackpot Island and it FINALLY worked. YAY!!!  Good luck to all!
