cant see whos on line

when my friends come on line there is no more pop ups to inform u they just came on

 and they dont appear on the friends line in less u refresh.whats up with that now???? are u fixing it ??????

  Have you tried clicking on the blue head to the left on your friends line? That should bring your friends on and refresh the line. I do it priodically to refresh who has come on or have left. Good luck!

  I have tried both and neither worked for me.   The only way for me to see friends online is to click into my profile and click  on friends and then they pop on.
