  Is there a certain criteria for having the yellow rose charm in our gifts? It isn't in mine. Please check it out. Thanks.

  For starters, the player has to be on your friends list. Click on the 'Send Gifts' button that is located below your friends list on the left sidebar. You will get a pop-up that shows the Yellow Rose.

  ppl has sent me yellow roses, but they don't show up in my charms list where are they ?

  You can find them in your Charm Manager.
