i did not get my party passes back from a party i didn't attend had to leave before it started ( 2000 )

  If you left before the party started, you wouldn't have been charged. You're only charged if you're in the room when the party reaches 25 members.

  There's no way to buy Party Passes because you can attend Charm Parties with Gems.

  I do not go to parties or have any need for over 5 thousand passes , is there a way I can get a charm or give away my passes?

  I'm sorry, but Party Passes are not able to be traded for other items, and they're not able to be gifted to other players.
